iBust a Thief REVIEW

And here it is my 2nd to last review on the last season.  I think I'll start reviewing from the first season just so I don't have to deal with the loss.

Tonight's episode - iBust a Thief!

Synopsis:  Sam's lap top goes missing and the gang tries to track it using the serial number.  They end up watching an old lady for hours trying to figure out where she is.  Finally they do and realize the laptop is NOT Sam's because Sam's 4s look like 9s.  Then she finds it later in the freezer in a pizza box.

Meanwhile...Spencer finds his stash of old prize tickets when Sam hits him with his 5th grade lunch box.  He always dreamed of winning the magic dolphin which was 1000 tickets.  When he goes to return the tickets the guy says they are 15 years old and invalid.  Spencer wants to win the dolphin but he can't without a kid.  Enter Guppy.  Spencer takes Guppy with him and wins his 1000 tickets at the stroke of 10pm and gets his dolphin!

Gibby has to babysit Guppy and isn't thrilled by it.  But later Guppy is taken by Spencer for his dolphin mission.

Highlights:
My favourite moment of this episode was when Spencer wins the dolphin and uses it to knock out Todd the worker at the kids place.  I laughed so hard!!!  That was genius.
In fact my favourite plot was Spencer.  That entire part was hilarious.

I enjoyed that the Sam/Freddie banter returned where she just harasses him for being nerdy.  And when Sam pulled him in and threatened him not to tell her Grandma she isn't Jewish.

Sam's threat almost looks like a kiss is about to occur!

Lowlights:
Guppy is now too old to pull off the cute routine.

Guppy reads Nifty Shades of Beige while Spencer wins prize points

Gibby was once again more annoying than before...he has random storylines that I just don't like.

There was not enough hilarious Carly in this for me.

I also didn't like how LONG the opening part with the webshow.  I didn't like the cartoon and I would much rather have had more of a plot with the characters then wasted time with the apple diaper, cartoon and homeless men singing.  Too much waste.

I haven't enjoyed Freddie's commentary on where they get stuff from either.  He does it too much and it's annoying.  I think I thought it was funny the first time and now I just find it painful.

So overall Spencer SAVED this one for me.  He was hilarious and his storyline was funny.  I felt they just had Ethan Munck on just to give him a part in the last season, otherwise Spencer could have used any kid.

Score 3/5 for SPENCER!!!
